About You

• Enthusiasm to learn about business, fashion, e-commerce, & social media

• Love for photography, product staging, and styling

• Have an existing blog or are interested in blogging

• Prepared for the rigors and rewards of working at a fast-paced start-up and excited to hit the ground running on day one

• Self-Motivated, detail oriented and have the ability to apply constructive criticism

 

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the Fashion Design/Marketing department (preferred but not required

• Generate unique ideas for online promotional contests

• Create email templates for potential buyers, promotional events, and PR opportunities

• Compile list of contact information from college websites and in particular the fashion editor

• Monitor social media platforms, trends, tools and applications, and recommend actions

• Identify industry influencers and bloggers to connect with on social media platforms

• Report weekly on insights gained from social media monitoring

• Experience with ad manager tools for Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and Tumblr

• Deep knowledge of audience building and ad targeting

• Create monthly data reports

• Ability to work under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to work cohesively in a team or GroupThink environment

• Ability to follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills

• Computer Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office; Excel is helpful.
