PHOTOGRAPHER

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order for exchange, for the same item in the correct size/color, or store credit for the total price of the item(s) less the original shipping costs. YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US AND RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION FORM AND CODE IN ORDER TO SEND AN ORDER BACK TO OUR SHOWROOM. Without this documenation, any item recieved will not be processed and store credit denied.

 

Return Process:

  1. An exchange form and pictures must be sent to info@pattymaxine.com.

  2. You will receive an automatic response that includes an authorization code.

  3. Write this code on the form & ship this with your exchanged goods

 

 

STEPS TO TAKE:

  1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely (in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).

  2. Include a copy of your Authorization Form, Code and Order # with the item(s) you are returning.

  3. Ship the item(s) you are returning to the address listed on the original packaging.

    • ​ NOTEReturn shipping charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.

  5. As soon as we receive the item you are returning we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same condition we shipped out to you and after confirming the item(s) meet this criteria we will email you with your store credit (store credit expires after 90 calendar days).

 

Rules & Regulations

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY. No negotiations accepted.• Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Any item received after 5 business days will be denied. (If you would like the items returned, additional shipping charges will apply)

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all attached tags.

  • Cash refunds are NOT available.

  • Accessories, eyewear, and discounted items over 30% off will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility

  • ACCEPTED returned merchandise will be notified via email with authorization code and return form to be filled out and included in the return package.

  • Store credits are issued minus the shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are NOT included in store credits

  • Store Credits cannot be used on merchandise discounted 40% or more due to production costs

  • All returns have a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the store credit issued. No exceptions!

  • Consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you decide to not use our services.

 

REMINDER: Patty Maxine is not responsible for packages mailed to us incorrectly so to ensure that we receive your items, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order to us for your exchange to be processed. We will email you once your item has been received and issue you your store credit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ALL EXCHANGES HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE- NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE STORE CREDIT.

 

  • Exchanges can be made for the following reasons:

    • Defective product. (This does not include issue incurred while in transit)

    • Fit issue. (Your size selections upon ordering will be taken into consideration so see size chart)

    • Incorrect style or color. (All styles are as shown and color variations will be provided)

  • Exchanges cannot be made for:

    • Orders discounted over 30%

    • Orders tailored to exact measurements

    • Custom designed garments made for special events 

  • Exchanges cannot replace for different styles unless the same item is not available. This means that the same style will apply with a similar fabric as discussed with customer during email exchange to get authorization to return.

Patty Maxine is dedicated to sending a replacement in a timely manner and will require up to 18 business days for manufacture and shipping. For alterations, please consider using local alteration shops or returning the item with exact measurements.
IMPORTANT: Return postage will be the customer’s responsibility and PMâ„¢ reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s) if the above terms have not been followed. AGAIN, returns/exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. All accessories, custom special event items, and sale items are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
