About The Intern

• Enthusiasm to learn about business, fashion, e-commerce, & social media

• Love for photography, product staging, and styling

• Interest in developing a new blog

• Prepared for the rigors and rewards of working at a fast-paced start-up and excited to hit the ground running on day one

• Self-Motivated, detail oriented and have the ability to apply constructive criticism

 

Responsibilities

• Commit to Operate, Update and Create content on a weekly basis

• Assist with internet marketing and promotional content

• Assist the Creative Director with researching new topics, projects or trends to write about

• Assist with building an audience and professional online presence

• Collaborate with other bloggers and artists to spread the word about the company (including but not limited to participating/creating in giveaways and contests on all social media platforms)

 

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the Fashion Design/Marketing department (preferred but not required)

• Generate unique ideas for online promotional contests

• Excellent writing skills including attention to grammar, punctuation and tone of voice

• Experience with professional camera (Cannon T3i available for use)

• Experience with professional editing software

• Ability to work under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to work cohesively in a team or GroupThink environment

• Ability to follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong time management skills

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organization skills

• Computer Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office; Excel is helpful.
