About You

• Enthusiasm to learn about business, fashion, e-commerce, & promotional opportunities

• Interest in networking and building relationships with vendors, potential buyers, and media outlets

• Prepared for the rigors and rewards of working at a fast-paced start-up and excited to hit the ground running on day one

• Self-Motivated, detail oriented and have the ability to apply constructive criticism

 

Responsibilities​

• Generate unique ideas for online promotional contests

• Researching markets and industry influencers

• Serve as liaison between Patty Maxine and fashion industry opportunities

• Create list of appropriate boutiques and perform light outreach

• Create email templates for potential buyers, promotional events, and PR opportunities

• Compile list of potential blogs to advertise on

• Compile list of contact information from college websites and in particular the fashion editors

 

Requirements​

• Currently enrolled in the Fashion Design/Marketing department (preferred but not required)

• Excellent writing skills including attention to grammar, punctuation and tone of voice

• Ability to work under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to work cohesively in a team or GroupThink environment

• Ability to follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong time management skills

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organization skills

• Computer Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office; Excel is helpful.
