• Each item is custom and made to order in the USA. Production requires 7 – 14 business days, not including shipping time. Sales and promotions may increase production time by 10-20 business days due to an influx of orders. If you are worried about timing of shipping, please email us about rush orders; additional costs required. 

• Special event gowns and one-of-a-kind designs can take 6-8 weeks for production unless a rush order is processed.  

• All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders placed after 3pm CST on Friday and/or on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped on the following business day. USPS observes all major holidays and these are are not considered business days.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with important information including the tracking information for your order's shipment.

Shipping

 

• Overnight shipping is available by request and additional charges may apply.

• Orders placed after 3 PM CST are processed the next business day.

• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• All packages are insured through the shipping carrier up to $50. If additional insurance or signature confirmation is required, please include this in the special requests section of the checkout or send a separate email to info@pattymaxine.com

• Contact the shipping courier for orders damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping process as Patty Maxine is not responsible for any items once it leaves our facility. (This includes package refusal, incorrect delivery address, or inclement weather delays. We are not responsible for delays due to the courier)

• Original shipping & return shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Rush Orders

 

• Same week and following week rush orders are available upon request for additional cost.

• Rush order only speeds production. Shipping must be selected and paid for separately.
