How do I contact Patty Maxine?

How do I get FREE SHIPPING?

Patty Maxineâ„¢ is offering a special promotion for FREE U.S Shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $150. Use Promo code FREESHIP and the shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your total during checkout when your subtotal meets the specified requirements*.

 

*To qualify for free shipping your order's SUBTOTAL of $150, calculated before taxes and S&H. (Please note that only one coupon code is valid per order). 

 

Why didn't I recieve my order confrimation or tracking information?

We apologize for any inconveinence may have caused and we would love to help you rectify this issue. There is a possibility that we may have the incorrect email address on file for you or it has been stored into your buk/spam email provider. Either way, we can help! Please Contact Us at info@pattymaxine.com and we can verify that your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.

 

When will my order ship out?

Each item is custom and made to order in the USA. Production requires 7 â€“ 14 business days, not including shipping time. Sales and promotions may increase production time by 10-20 business days due to an influx of orders. If you are worried about timing of shipping, please email us about rush orders; additional costs required. Special event gowns and one-of-a-kind designs can take 6-8 weeks for production unless a rush order is processed.  All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders placed after 3pm CST on Friday and/or on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped on the following business day. USPS observes all major holidays and these are are not considered business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with important information including the tracking information for your order's shipment. Please note, the transit time of your package depends on where you're located and where your package comes from. Most packages will arrive 3-5 business days from the shipment date. Can I return or exchange items I have purchased?

We are dedicated to ensure you are satisfied with your experience at Patty Maxine and would love a second chance at making you happy. Please take a look at our Return/Exchange Policy here. If you still have additional questions, please feel free to contact us at info@pattymaxine.com. Please make sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the  nature of your situation.

 

What do I do if I find a style I like but it is sold out?

To be notified if we get the style you want in your size comes back in stock you can email us at pattymaxineinfo@gmail.com and let us know the name of the item so that we can put you on the list for the next shipment in your size. You will be notified via email or text when it is available on the site it is first come, first serve and if you are next on the list a PayPal payment request will be sent to you directly..

 

Why is my size not included in the sizing options?

If you size is not available, it could be that the item is out of stock in a particular size, color, or item and it will no longer be shown as an option. If you would like to inquire if a particular item will be restocked, please send us an email with a detailed description of the item, color, and size your are looking for. Patty Maxine is doing our best to cater to women of all sizes and our company selects a range of sizes based on our demand. Generally, the sizes offered range from S-XL (euro size 2-14). To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size guide. If you are still unable to determin which size to buy, a good rule of thumb is to buy the size up or look into our PMâ„¢ Exclusive options for a custom fit. If there is an item, style or size you would like us to carry, we would love your input. Send us an email at info@pattymaxine.com and we will get back with within 48 business hours.

 

Can I add another item after I place my order?

Unfortunately, if you have already placed your order you will not be able to make changes. Please make a new order and contact us at info@pattymaxine.com and we will send you a code to waive the the shipping charges. NOTE: Due to the processing of a separate order, there will be a $2.99 handling charge that is non-negotioable.

 

Can I add another item after I place my order?

Patty Maxine is a design house specializing in exclusive merchandise, not an online boutique with mass produced inventory. Every item is handmade, unless specified otherwise. With this being the case, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made because production has started. Changes can be made within 24 hours and must be communicated via email to info@pattymaxine.com. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line. If 24 hours have passed, changes cannot be made, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

How can I purchase a gift certificate?

Patty Maxineâ„¢ Gift Certificates are available in $75 increments only. Gift Certificates can be ordered by contacting us via email at info@pattymaxine.com. If you ordered additional items, this will be a separate transaction. Click Here and give the gift that keeps on giving. You will receive an email and will be prompted to enter so important information, including the giver's name, the recipient's name, the recipient's email address and a sassy gift message to motivate your favorite diva to get in the mood to SHOP. Once this is completed, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to the receiver within 24-48 business hours. Instructions on how to redeem the gift certificate will be included on the email to the recipient.
